1. Acceptance
By using Munch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Munch is operated by Kern Group.
2. The Service
Munch allows you to submit YouTube video URLs and receive AI-generated social media content based on the video's transcript. The Service requires an active subscription or credit balance to generate content.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit videos you do not have rights to repurpose
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly. Munches are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. One-time Munch top-ups are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit. You own the AI-generated content produced for you. We do not claim any rights over your inputs or outputs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose any video you submit.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Munch is produced by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kern Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@munch.video.
