Munch is a content repurposing tool operated by Kern Group. We help creators turn YouTube videos into social media content. Our website is munch.video.

- Account information: Your name and email address, provided via Google OAuth or email sign-up (powered by Clerk).
- YouTube URLs: Links you submit for content generation.
- Generated content: The AI-generated posts and content we produce from your submitted videos.
- Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Usage data: Basic usage metrics such as number of content generations.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Munch service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To store your content generation history
- To send transactional emails (account-related only)
- To respond to support requests
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation
- Supabase — database storage
5. Google User Data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address only. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, YouTube account, or any other Google services. We do not share your Google data with third parties except as required to operate the service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and content history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at support@munch.video.
